HCAA News and Events WHAT IS THE HCAA? The HCAA is one of fourteen Saskatchewan high school athletics Districts.  It is located in central/east-central Saskatchewan. The HCAA was founded in the fall of 2006 as a result of the amalgamation of school divisions in Saskatchewan.  The boundaries of the HCAA follow the geographical boundaries of the Horizon School Division, and therefore include 43 schools from Horizon School Division as well as 10 schools not run by Horizon School Division.
