Middle Lake Repeats as 1A Team Cross Country Provincial Champions Three Lakes School (Middle Lake) went home with gold for the second year in a row in the 1A team competition at the 2009 SHSAA Provincial Cross Country Running Championships in Regina.  Taryn Heidecker was the top finisher for Three Lakes, finishing just shy of the medals at fourth in the Jr. Boys category. No individual runners from the HCAA reached the podium at this year's event.
